for about 9 yrs now I have been overweight. the doctor said .you have to lose weight because polyestic ovaries.so can concieve ?
and a risk of type 2 diabetes too
also having eplipsey.
and its time to lose it all so I can happy. I never use to be big I was sporty and use to have a life. but now I do not have anyone. what happen 9 yrs ago changed my life.
I just stopped going out and my friends stop calling. I became a hermit crab. if I did have to go out I always have a family member.
I have depression. I get bad aniexty attacks and I have to eat for comfort. my social is like a phobia. I get scared, I need some help.
and need a some friends too
